I am Tom Thuss, mortgage loan originator for Granite Mortgage, Inc. in Caldwell County. My office is located in the lower level of the Bank of Granite Main office in Lenoir. I take a tremendous amount of pride in my work and go the extra mile to find not just any ‘ole loan but the “right” loan for my customer. Granite Mortgage has enabled me to do this by providing a nearly endless array of mortgage products. I am a life-long resident of Caldwell County and married my high school sweetheart, Vicki. We have two children, Mason and Carly. In the summer of 2004, we completed construction of a beautiful log home in the Collettsville community, the home of our dreams. This experience gave me a new found empathy for my construction loan customers.
