Pat has over 20 years of mortgage banking experience. She is the western regional manager for Granite Mortgage, Inc. She began her career with the Bank of Granite and subsequently assisted with the opening of their first mortgage department. Her original staff of two has grown to a department of 12, including loan officers, processors, and a closing specialist.

The Midwest was her original home place; however, she too likes calling North Carolina home, as she has now lived here for over 30 years. She is an active member of the Catawba Valley Board of Realtors and participates in many community activities.

With her knowledge of real estate and the mortgage banking industry, she has built strong customer loyalty. With today’s diversified financial needs, Pat can assist her customers by incorporating their mortgage needs into a total financial plan.
